What’s The Blood Type Diet B All About?
There are two lists of foods that are either beneficial or neutral for people with blood type B.
You can choose from these lists to make meals that will help you lose weight.
Choosing Your Meals
You cannot lose weight if you are not focusing enough on your diet. If you are someone who is looking to lose weight, start with our salad base.
You can choose a salad from the following vegetables: Kale, Carrots, Cabbage, Beet Greens or Brussels Sprouts.
This will give you a healthy meal that is quick and easy to make.
Preparing Your Dinner
When we are dieting, we are cutting calories and I am here to help you with just that. My recommendation for a good meal is roasted vegetables.
It is a good idea to always have fresh vegetables around.
This way, you can quickly roast them and make a delicious dinner. You can also add roasted vegetables to your meals the next day.
Most of the vegetables you have should be eaten with olive oil and sea salt.
If you are blood type B, there are some vegetables that you should eat to stay healthy.
These include kale, collard greens, parsnips, eggplant, ginger root and/or Shiitake mushroom.
On the other hand, for the neutrals vegetables, my recommendation is Arugula, celeriac, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, bok choy, and others.
I suggest that you keep these vegetables in your fridge so you can eat them when you want. They are good for you and will help you stay healthy.
These vegetables are also the best way to add more benefits to your diet.
Aside from vegetables, you can also choose between fruits, milk, extras and proteins in your diet.
Fruits are a great way to add some nutrition to your diet and make for a good snack.
Some fruits that are included in our diet plan are banana, grapes, cranberries, plums, watermelon and others.
There are different types of milk that you can buy. I recommend Kefir milk (beneficial), goat milk, or whole milk.
Proteins In Blood Type B Diet
The Blood Type B diet also includes a dose of proteins. The diet is essentially based on proteins, heart grains, vegetables, pure fruits, and others.
However, you can always add a source of protein in it as well such as kidney beans, lima beans, and navy beans, or seafood like cod, halibut, and mahi-mahi which are beneficial and perch, red snapper and catfish are your neutral, Prepare your meals accordingly.
Lastly, in the Blood Type B diet, I also recommend filling up your freezer with smoothies, such as those of pineapple juice, Papaya, and others.
Lose weight the right way by following the Blood Type B diet and you will be amazed at the results it brings to the table.
